  • Many clients require adaptable, collaborative relationships with their suppliers, but access to this is being eroded by transactional behaviours from some larger consultancies or service providers
  • Our opportunity as a small professional consultancy is to the establish and maintain the relationships with both customers and industry experts to help interpret and articulate the needs, and collaboratively develop the solutions.

What does InteGen do?

We offer professional consultancy services in the railway sector, currently focussed on engineering management, technical advice and technical training on rolling stock associated systems and operations. Our current services and domain are listed in the services section. As we grow, we will update and expand these.

Why was InteGen started up?

We observed that technical consultancies in the rail sector were merging and getting bigger and bigger and this was distancing the clients from their relationships with suppliers, potentially putting trust in quality at risk. As an SME, we remain agile and aim to keep the balance right for our customers.

Why is InteGen different?

We put people and professional relationships first. We have experience of rail operations and project delivery in public and private sectors, in both client and supplier capacities. We have also run teams of employees and contractors alike, so we understand the challenges and pressures people face when working, enabling us to be more empathic in our delivery.

Where does InteGen operate?

We are predominantly focussed on providing services to clients in and around London and Birmingham, with members of the team located throughout the south-east, midlands and north of England. We are also exploring opportunities in Australia and Canada.
