Through collaborative approaches to system migration planning, we are able to advise and manage change programmes reliant on the integration of outcomes from multiple delivery partners. By identifying the ‘configuration states’, the integration points that enable transition from steady stage of today’s operation to the steady state operation of the future. By risk evaluating these configuration states we can develop verification and validation assurance plans identifying scope shortfalls, enhancement requirements and benefits realisation plans.

We observed that technical consultancies in the rail sector were merging and getting bigger and bigger and this was distancing the clients from their relationships with suppliers, potentially putting trust in quality at risk. As an SME, we remain agile and aim to keep the balance right for our customers.

We have also run teams of employees and contractors alike, so we understand the challenges and pressures people face when working, enabling us to be more empathic in our delivery.
